Cancellations and Changes
・Please contact us at least one day prior to your appointment to cancel or change your reservation.
・A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
・For prepaid bookings, refunds will be made according to our salon’s cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
As our services are provided in person, refunds cannot be made after treatments have been completed.
However, in the event of cancellation due to our circumstances, the full amount will be refunded.
